Maybury to the Regional Director, Northern Region, requesting that Private Stewart’s particulars be entered into the Final Index and all copies of the Register for Courcelette British Cemetery, and that the existing headstone be replaced with a temporary cross bearing his particulars, dated 28 March 1961.
