Turner, for Regional Inspector, Northern UK District, to the Chief Records Officer, UUK District, explaining that Stoker Wareing was originally buried in grave 247, section 1 R.C. and later transferred to private grave 209, which was marked by a private memorial, dated 26 July 1952; internal note from M. Campbell stating that two slips were placed in the Registers showing that although Stoker Wareing was commemorated on the Plymouth Memorial, his grave had been discovered in Bootle Cemetery, dated 14 August 1952.
