Hills to the IWGC explaining that if the Commission could assure that Stoker Haxell’s grave was not opened and remained buried at the existing location than she would not need to purchase the grave, dated 29 April 1940; letter from the IWGC to Mrs. Hills explaining that the Commission would always consult the next of kin prior with matters concerning the grave and that the grave would only be opened for the burial of near relatives, dated 3 May 1940.
