Lyon with a view to her visiting them during her visit to Europe, the Commission's reply confirming both are commemorated on the Vimy Memorial; internal correspondence concerning the apparent omission of the name of Sjt. T. Avery on the memorial which another member of the family Mr. W. Avery was unable to find despite having received confirmation that it was included in the register, concluding that it was omitted by the contractor responsible for engraving the names.
