Includes: Typed letter from the Nottinghamshire County Secretary of the Royal British Legion to the Commission's head office referring to the two casualties' graves as very badly kept being overgrown with weeds and trees; a copy of the Commission's letter of acknowledgment; referral to the Eastern Area Superintendent and his subsequent report following his site visit referring to the proximity of the two graves to a high bank heavily planted with shrubs which are in need of being cut back, advising arrangements are being made for the graves to receive the necessary attention and for their future maintenance to be taken up with the Rector; Head Office's reply to the RBL County Secretary to this effect and a letter of acknowledgent received from them.
