Content NoteIncludes: Letter from Miss Kyle, writing on behalf of Travis' nephew, asking for the location of Couin New British Cemetery and its distance from Calais, 4 February 1962; letter from A H Phillips, the Secretary General of the New Zealand Returned Services Association, regarding the possibility of arranging a graveside service at Couin New British Cemetery on Anzac Day, 5 February 1965; letter from A H Phillips, clarifying that the service would be held on the fiftieth Anzac Day in 1965, not the fiftieth anniversary of Travis' death in 1968, so that the coinciding ceremonies in France and Gallipoli would create a bond between all New Zealanders observing Anzac Day, 18 February 1965; correspondence between W Wynne-Mason and Charles Jack of the CWGC regarding arrangements for the ceremony, including the air transport of wreaths from New Zealand, and the passing over of responsibility for the arrangements to the New Zealand embassy in Paris, February-March 1965; photograph of wreaths sent from New Zealand, undated; report from CWGC Regional Director on the events of the ceremony, 27 April 1965.
