Description
Correspondence regarding discovery and identification of Morgan’s body in July 1931 near the Hohenzollern Redoubt and the reburial of his remains in Canadian Cemetery No. 2, Neuville St. Vaast. Various newspaper clippings regarding the story of the search and subsequent discovery of Morgan’s remains. Correspondence regarding visit by Morgan’s sister to the grave in Canadian Cemetery No. 2, Neuville St. Vaast. Correspondence regarding the delivery of the wooden cross from Morgan’s grave to the Reverend Canon Church, Fen Ditton near Cambridge. Correspondence regarding request from next-of-kin for a cream-coloured rose and a clump of lavender to be planted on Morgan's grave with response from Commission acceding to this. Request from next-of-kin for condition report of grave following the end of the Second World War.
