Description	The wife of the casualty, Mrs Edith Grimwood, requested the particulars of her husband's grave. The casualty was later exhumed and reburied at Serain Communal Cemetery Extension, because of a resolved case of mistaken identity resulting from the misplacement of the original wooden markers. The Commission apologised to Mrs Grimwood in a letter for the situation.
