Description	File of correspondence concerning the grave of Private Bertie Francis Woolcock in Plymouth (Efford) Cemetery, United Kingdom. Main topics include the marking of the grave with a marble headstone and kerbs by the next of kin, and correspondence from the next of kin enquiring into the removal of the kerbs discovered upon their visit to the grave, as well as correspondence from the Commission explaining the kerbs and stone were erected with no foundation and so the kerbs were removed in order for a proper concrete foundation to be installed under the headstone, as agreed with the High Commissioner of Australia to ensure proper maintenance. Further correspondence from next of kin requesting for the headstone to be cleaned as the letters were illegible which the Commission responded would be cleaned in accordance with the maintenance arrangements in place.
Content Note	Includes: Completed IWGC form regarding the receipt of headstone inscription, cemetery register and "A" forms from the next of kin, stating no personal inscription received as a private memorial was already erected, dated 21 March 1922. Handwritten letter from A.J. Woolcock, the casualty's sibling, enquiring into the removal of the kerbs erected by Private Woolcock's family over the grave, dated 24 July 1960.
