Dawson as designer of Egyptian Labour and Camel Transport Corps memorial; materials and headstone designs for cemeteries in Iraq; choice of site for memorial to obliterated graves and missing in Persia (Iran); staff appointments; approval of controversial personal headstone inscription; publication and sales of cemetery registers; approval of plans for Heilly Cemetery; acquisition of grave plots in Blackpool cemetery; approval of proposal to group names on memorials to missing by rank.
