Proposal and agreement for monthly meetings of the Commission; appointment of members of the Anglo-French Committee and discussion of representation for India and the Dominions; authority for exhumation and concentration of isolated and scattered graves in France; discussion of policy re requests for repatriation of bodies; financial estimates to 31 March 1919 and appointment of examining committee; proposal made by Lady Drummond for a women's committee re arrangements for visits by relatives of dead (pilgrimages), with lengthy discussion on possible creation of a womens committee; inscription for War Stone in cemeteries, with comments from Kipling as to choice of wording; acquisition of grave sites in Gallipoli; Dominion representative on Egyptian Committee; inscriptions by relatives on headstones and discussion as to the Commission's authority to refuse certain inscriptions; public announcement of Commission policy through publication of Sir Frederic Kenyon's report; appointments of staff and junior architects, with representation of the Dominions; approval of Commission seal designed by Reginald Blomfield; finances of the Commission; record of thanks to General Ware and his staff, raised by Sir Walter Long.
