Arrangements for the commemoration of three Commonwealth First World War casualties buried in Widnes (St. Mary) Old Churchyard by the erection of a memorial with a suitable superscription in Widnes Borough Cemetery.

The Malta Memorial
Authorisation granted to Edgar Allan Griffin, Regional Director, Southern Region, to sign the perpetual lease (Emphyteusis) for the site of the Malta Memorial on behalf of the Commission.

Superannuation – Policy of Assurance
