Unveiling of the Brookwood Memorial
Mention that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth agreed to unveil the Brookwood Memorial on 25th October 1958, which was also to be attended by The Duke of Gloucester, President of the Commission.

Report by Air Marshal Sir Charles Guest on the condition of war graves and cemeteries in Banbury, Warwick and Kenilworth, among others in Birmingham and the South Midlands.

Report of the 456th Meeting of the Finance Committee
Authority granted to Secretary to approve minor items of expenditure and staff adjustments; appointment of four members of staff to the Permanent Maintenance Staff; construction of the Hargeisa Memorial and arrangements for its and unveiling in autumn 1958; expenditures relating to the unveiling of the Rangoon Memorial; addition of three posts in the Anzac Agency and purchase of two additional vehicles; appointment of Miss Telford to Senior Assistant Establishment Officer at Head Office and Mr Mill as Administrative Officer in the Northern Region.

War graves in the Sudan
Proposed concentration of war graves located throughout Sudan to Khartoum and erection of a memorial commemorating those with no known grave;

Unmaintainable graves in the United Kingdom
Proposals to improve the maintenance and standard of scattered and isolated war graves in the UK, including the suggested removal and re-erection of headstones in an existing war graves plot, conversion of poorly maintained cemeteries into a Garden of Rest, commemoration of casualties on an existing memorial, and exhumation and re-interment in a war graves plot.

Unmaintainable graves in Hendon Cemetery, Middlesex
Refers to approval to remove and re-erect the headstones of 19 unmaintainable war graves in Hendon Cemetery with an explanatory plaque near the cemetery’s Cross of Sacrifice.

Commonwealth-Netherlands Joint Committee
Refers to the appointment of Rear Admiral L. Brouwer, Ministry of the Navy, and retirement of Rear Admiral H. Bos as the Netherlands Official Member, and appointment of Captain Harold Campbell and retirement of Mr S. D. Pierce as the Commonwealth Official Member of the Commonwealth-Netherlands Joint Committee.

General Notes
Refers to the death of Colonel C. E. Hughes, former Inspector of Works at Gallipoli, Deputy Controller and Chief Administrative Officer of the Eastern District, and retirement of Major W. P. L. Arnott, Deputy Regional Director, French Region, and formerly Superintendent of Personnel and Chief Clerk of the Central European District, Senior Administrative Officer and Deputy Chief Administrative Officer of the French District, were reported.
