Report of the 426th Finance Committee meeting
Item 1 dealt with expenditure on Commonwealth graves in Poland.
Item 2 recommended expenditure on the construction of Durnbach Cemetery, which was the only Commonwealth War Cemetery in the American Zone of Germany.
Item 3 referred to the recommendation for two identical volumes containing the names of twenty-five thousand officers and men of the Undivided Indian Services who were buried in non-operational areas of India and Pakistan be placed at the memorials which the Commission were building at Delhi and Karachi War Cemeteries.

Garage and storage accommodation for Northern Region, United Kingdom
Proposal and agreement for authority to be granted to Thomas Albert Turner, Inspector, Northern Region to sign on the Commission's behalf the tenancy agreement relating to premises for garage and storage accommodation in Quarry Lane, Harrogate, at a weekly rent of five shillings.

General notes
