Tower Hill Memorial And Memorial To Captain Fryatt
Proposal to incorporate a bronze tablet memorial to Captain Fryatt in the Commission’s Memorial at Tower Hill discussed. Mr Kipling suggested the Honourable Company of Master Mariners might be more suitable. Agreed it was not suitable but Mr Kipling’s idea should be put to the donors.
Discovery Of Remains Near Doiran
Following discovery of four British bodies near Dorian, meeting agreed to accept the Yugoslav offer which had been presented to the meeting. [Details of Yugoslav offer not included in minutes]
Anglo-Italian Mixed Committee
Mentions that at the meeting, the election of His Majesty’s Ambassador to Rome to the Anglo-Italian Mixed Committee was approved.
Discovery And Reburial Of Bodies In France And Belgium
Noted that the number of bodies recovered had notably declined since the previous year.
