Content Note	Text of the letter reads: Nov 16 (19)18 Dear Talbot Sorry to have missed you. Herewith my designs for the seal for the I.W.G.C The lamp is symbolical of the immortality of the spirit etc., the wreath of the victor’s bays etc., & the rest speaks for itself. This seems to me about the right size for the actual seal. If reduced it should not be reduced more than ¼ & this could be done mechanically. Send me a line to New Court to say that you have got it.
