1. Consideration of Vice-Chairman’s report No.73 of expenditure authorised under Resolution 3 (1) of the 64th meeting of the Commission, with the resolution that this be accepted.

2a. Consideration of a report from the Finance Department with reference to the administrative expenses of the Commission in France for the quarter ending 30th September 1924, with a resolution that a sum not exceeding £45,500 be approved.

2b. Consideration of a report from the Finance Department with reference to the administrative expenses of the Commission in Palestine for the quarter ending 30th September 1924, with a resolution that a sum not exceeding £1,350 be approved.

2c. Consideration of a report from the Finance Department with reference to the administrative expenses of the Commission in Egypt for the 6 months ending 30th September 1924, with a resolution that a sum not exceeding £2,130 be approved.

3. Consideration of a letter from th Finance Department asking for authority for the Vice-Chairman in consultation with the Treasury Respresentative to expend a sum not exceeding £10,000 for items in excess of the general authority already given in view of the adjournment of the Commission Meeting during August, with a resolution that this be approved.

4. Consideration of a report from the Registration Officer, Cassel Area, with referece to the concentration of graves into Ohlsdorf Cemetery, Hamburg, with a resolution that the expenditure of a sum not exceeding £3,500.0s.0d. in addition to the £1,000 already authorised by the Commission, be approved.

5. Consideration of a report from the Finance Department with reference to the provision of living quarters for gardening staff at Longueval and Bazentin-le-Petit, with a resolution that covering authority be given for the expensiture of a sum of Francs 9,350.

6. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to constructional work to be carried out in St Mary's R.C. Cemetery, Kensel Green, with resolutions that the tender of Messrs. Low Giddings for a sum of £972.14.0d. be approved, that that the sum of £97 be accepted for contingencies, and that a sum not exceeding £10 be approved to defray the cost of the supply of a bronze sword to be affixed to the War Cross in this cemetery.

7. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to constructional work to be carried out in York Public Cemetery, with resolutions the the tender by Messrs. A.H. Green and Sons for a sum of £411.11.2. be approved, that that the sum of £42 be accepted for contingencies, and that a sum not exceeding £10 be approved to defray the cost of the supply of a bronze sword to be affixed to the War Cross in this cemetery.

8. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the supply, engraving, transport and erection of headstones in Cheltenham Cemetery, with resolutions that the tender of Messrs. Turvey and Perrin for a sum of £247.16.0d. be approved, that that the sum of £25 be accepted for contingencies, that a sum not exceeding £25 be expended on engraving personal inscriptions on the said headstone, and that a sum not exceeding £58 be expended on the erection of said stones.

9. Consideration of a report from the Land and Legal Advisor with reference to a grant of land in Shrewsbury Cemetery, with a resolution that this matter be by leave withdrawn.

10. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the provision of additional support to the headstone beams in Abbeville Communal Cemetery, with a resolution that the expenditure of a sum not exceeding Francs (French) 33,569.40 be approved.

11. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the supply of blank headstones to be engraved by letter cutters employed by the Commission in France, with a resolution that authority be given to the Finance Committee to consider and accept tenders for the supply of 240 headstones.

12. Consideration of a report from the Direcotr of Works with referenece to the expenditure of a sum to defray the cost of the fluate treatment of headstones in France and Belgium, with a resolution that a sum not exceeding Francs 150,000 be approved.

13. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the erection of headstones by direct labout in France and Belgium, with resolutions that covering authority be given for the expenditure of Francs 90,000 and that the expenditure of a sum of Francs 100,000 for the erection of 4,000 further headstones be approved.

14. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the construction by direct labour (exclusive of the supply of headstones) of 19 cemeteries, with resolutions that the expenditure of a sum not exceeding Francs 1,068,750 be approved, and for the provision of a sum not exceeding Francs 800,000 to defray the estimated exenditure on the said construction work during the present financial year.

15. Consideration of a report from the Direcot of Works with reference to the supply of iron fencing and 4 Central Memorials for erection in the Indian Cemeteries in Baghdad, with resolutions that the tender by Messrs. William Bain & Co. for the supply of iron fencing for 3 Indian Cemeteries in Baghdad for a sum of £714.13.6d. be approved, that the tender by Mr H.C. Patrick for the supply of 4 Central Memorials for a sum of £1,094.2s.0d. be approved, that the expenditure of a sum not exceeding £250 to defray the cost of transport of said fencing and memorials and of any contingencies, that the expenditure of a sum not exceeding £1,267 to defray the cost of the construction of said cemeteries, and that a sum not exceeding £252 be accepted for any contingencies.

16a. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the panels to be fixed to the memorial to the Missing at Hill 60, Gallipoli, with resolutions that the tender of Mr H.C. Patrick for a sum of £73.4s.6d. be approved, that the expenditure of a sum not exceeding £10 to defray the cost of transport of the said panels be approved, that a sum not exceeding £60 to defray the cost of Customs Duties, Landing Charges and transport of the said panels be approved, and that a sum not exceeding £7 be accepted for any contingencies.

16b. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the panels to be fixed to the New Zealand Memorial to the Missing at Chanak Bair, Gallipoli, with resolutions that the tender of Messrs. R. Francis and Sons for a sum of £174.8.11. be approved, that the expenditure of a sum not exceeding £15 to defray the cost of transport of the said panels be approved, that the expenditure of a sum not exceeding £70 to defray the cost of Customs Duties, Landing Charges and transport of the said panels be approved, and that a sum not exceeding £17 be accepted for any contingencies.

17. Consideration of a report from the Finance Department with reference to the writing off of Lire 62,332 being amount of the loss incurred by the Commission as a result of the liquidation of the Banca Italiana di Sconto, with a resolution that this sum be approved.

18. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to Transport in Gallipoli, with a resolution that a sum not exceeding £450 for the purchase of 1 new Ford Touring Car and 1 ton Ford Lorry be approved.
