1. Consideration of Vice-Chairman’s report No.72 of expenditure authorised under Resolution 3 (1) of the 64th meeting of the Commission, with the resolution that this be accepted.

2. Consideration of the report of expenditure from Commission funds for the month of May, with a resolution that the submitted report be accepted.

3. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the supply of headstones for Shewsbury General Cemetery, with resolutions that the tender of Messrs. T.A. King & Co. for a sum of £253 be accepted, that that the sum of £25 be accepted for contingencies, and that a sum not exceeding £25 be expended on engraving personal inscriptions on the said headstones.

4. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to constructional work to be carried out in St. Helens Cemetery, Lancashire, with resolutions that the tender of Messrs. Bower and Florence for a sum of £592.1s.4d. be accepted, that that the sum of £60 be accepted for contingencies, and that a sum not exceeding £20 be approved to defray the cost of the supply of a bronze sword to be affixed to the War Cross in this cemetery.

5. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to constructional work to be carried out in Birmingham General Cemetery, with resolutions that the tender of Messrs. J. White and Sons for a sum of £249.12.3d. be approved, and that that the sum of £25 be accepted for contingencies

6. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works and the Controller & Financial Advisor with reference to the decoration of the Chapel in Jerusalem Cemetery, with a resolution that this matter be by leave withdrawn.

7. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the replacing of headstones for Nairobi Cemetery broken in transet, with a resolution that the sum of £126.7s.7d to cover the replacement headstones be written off.

8. Consideration of a report from the Land and Legal Advisor covering a draft contract for the transfer or sale to the Commission of certain land for the purpose of a cemetery at Stahnsdorf, Berlin, with a resolution that this matter be by leave withdrawn.

9. Consideration of a circular letter from the Treasury with reference to the pay of temporary clerical etc., classes employed by the Commission, with a resolution that the provisions contained within the circular be applied to those members of the Commission's staff to whom they have application.

10. Consideration of a circular letter from the Treasury with reference to sick leave regulations for certain minor grades, with a resolution that the provisions contained in the said circular be applied in respect to those members of the Commission's staff to whom they have application.

11. Consideration of a report from the Principal Assistant Secretary with reference to a compassionate grant to Mr A.E. Phillips, Gardeners Labourer, France, with a resolution that it be approved.

12. Consideration of a report from the Principal Assistant Secretary with reference to defraying the cost of the funeral of Mr W. Bussell, with a resolution that a sum not exceeding Renten Marks 259.90 be approved.

13. Consideration of a report from the Land and Legal Advisor with reference to the claim by M Gourdon in respect to the accident to his son, with a resolution that a sum of Francs (French) 500 be approved.

14. Consideration of a letter from Sir Lionel Halsey and a letter from the Treasury with reference to expenses incurred on the occasion of H.R.H. the Prince of Wales' visit to Chatham to unveil the Naval Memorial, with a resolution that a sum of £17.10s.0d. be approved.

15. Consideration of a report from the Finance Department with reference to Transport, France, with resolutions that the expenditure of a sum not exceeding Francs (French) 125,000 to defray the cost of the purchase of twelve Ford cars be approved, and that this expenditure be met by a virement of savings made on other heads on the estimates for 1924/25.

16. Consideration of resolution 4 of the 95th meeting of the Committee and a report from the Land and Legal Advisor with reference to the execution of sculpture work in Tyne Cot Cemetery, with a resolution that a formal offer from Mr F.V. Blunderstone be accepted.

17. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to constructional work carried out in Vevey Cemetery, Switzerland, with a resolution that a sum not exceeding Francs (Swiss) 773 be approved.

18. Consideration of a report from the Finance Department and a report from the Principal Assistant Secretary with regards to the extension of the hours of labour of various grades of the Commission's staff in France and Belgium, with a resolution that the recommendations contained within the report be approved.

19. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the temporary employment of a clerk by the Commission's South African Agency, with a resolution that a clerk be employed at a rate of 10/-.

20. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the tender of Mr E.E. Saunders for the supply and engraving of 700 headstones, with resolutions that the contract placed with Mr R. Cuttill be cancelled, that the tender by Mr E.E. Saunders for a sum of £1,490.8s.4d. be approved, that the expenditure of a sum not exceeding £210 be approved for the transport of said headstones, that that the sum of £150 be accepted for contingencies, and that a sum not exceeding £210 be expended on engraving personal inscriptions on the said headstones.
