1. Consideration of Vice-Chairman’s report No.69 of expenditure authorised under Resolution 3 (1) of the 64th meeting of the Commission, with the resolution that this be accepted.

2. Consideration of the report of expenditure from Commission funds for the month of March 1924, with a resolution that this be accepted.

3. Consideration of reports from the Finance Department with reference to Administrative Expenses, Italy, Administrative Expenses, Germany, and Travelling Expenses and Allowances, Neutral Countries, with resolutions that £500 for Italy and £1,100 for Germany for the period 1st April to 30th September 1924 be approved for Administrative Expenses, and for £100 be approved for the Travelling Expenses and Allowances for Neutral Counties for the year ending 31st March 1925.

4. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the erection of 357 headstones in the five Liverpool cemeteries, with an instruction to the Director of Works to obtain further tenders from firms outside Liverpool and Manchester.

5. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the supply and erection of 43 headstones in Saltwell Cemetery, Gateshead, with resolutions that the tender of Messrs. Garden & Co. for the sum of £310.13.6. be approved, that that the sum of £31 be accepted for contingencies, and that a sum not exceeding £31 be expended on engraving personal inscriptions on the said headstones.

6. Consderation of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the supply and erection of 67 headstones in Warrington Cemetery, with resolutions that the tender of Messrs. Garden & Co. for the sum of £495.16s.0d. be approved, that that the sum of £49 be accepted for contingencies, and that a sum not exceeding £49 be expended on engraving personal inscriptions on the said headstones.

7. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to constructional work to be carried out in Newington (Echo Bank) Cemetery, Edinburgh, with resolutions that the tender of Messrs. Bower and Florence for the sum of £280.7s.9d. be approved, that the sum of £10 be accepted to defray the cost of the addition to the screen wall, and that a sum of £28 be accepted for contingencies.

8. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to constructional work to be carried out in Harehills Cemetery, Leeds, with resolutions that the tender of Mr J.W. Nelson for the sum of £1,405.18s.0d. be approved, that that the sum of £140 be accepted for contingencies, that a sum of £10 be accepted for the installation of a bronze sword on the war cross.

9. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the expenditure of laying tarred macadam enclosed by a granite curb on the surround of the Naval Memorial at Portsmouth, with resolutions that a sum of £260 be approved.

10. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to constructional work to be carried out in St. Sever Communal Cemetery Extension, Rouen, with resolutions that the tender of Messrs. Finney and Broadhurst for the sum of Francs (French) 1,482,018 be approved, that a sum of Francs 100,000 be accepted for the cost of lining the chapel with stone and fitting bronze sash bars, that a sum of Francs 6,000 be accepted for models for carving stone wreaths and swags, that a sum of Francs 160,000 be accepted for contingencies, that the necessary exhange to meet the Commission's liabilities under the proposed contract to be purchased as and when advised by the Treasury.

11. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works with referece to the concentration of 637 war graves in Tanganyika Territory, British East Africa, with a resolution that the sum of £1,911 be approved.

12. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to constructional work to be carried out in Tanganyika Territory, with resolutions that the sum of £4,796 be approved for the constructional work to be carried out in cemeteries at Dodoma, Iringa, Kilwa Kivingi, Kondon Irangi, Kilossa, Lindi, Mtama and Mingoyo, that a sum of £963 be accepted for contingencies.

13. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the supply of Great War Crosses for Tanganyika Territory, East Africa, with resolutions that the tender of Messrs. A Buraslem and Son, Lts, for a sum of £1,262.16.2 be approved, that the sum of £120 be accepted for contingencies, that a sum of £45 be accepted for the installation of bronze swords on the war crosses, and that a sum of £270 be approved for the cost of transport of said crosses from London to a port in East Africa and Beirut Cemetery.

14. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the supply of Great War Crosses for Newfoundland, with a resolution that the tender of Messrs. Freeman, Sons & Co. Ltd., for a sum of £683.8s.0d. be approved.

15. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the Turkish Prisoner-of-War cemeteries in Egypt, with a resolution that, pending consideration by the Commission of Foreign Office note dated 28th April 1924, consideration of this matter be adjourned.

16. Consideration of Minutes from the Controller and Financial Advisor and Land and Legal Advisor with reference to weekly payments to the dependants of those members of the Commission's staff killed in the recent motor accident at Etricourt, with resolutions that the weekly payment made on 3rd May be approved and, if necessary, a further payment to be made on 10th May 1924.

17. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the competition for the design of the Memorial to the Missing at Soissons, with a resolution that the competition be approved.

18. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the construction of a low wall round the A.I.F. Burial Ground, Grass Lane, Flers, with a resolution that consideration of this matter be adjourned.
