1. Consideration of Vice-Chairman’s report No.67 of expenditure authorised under Resolution 3 (1) of the 54th meeting of the Commission, with the resolution that this be accepted.

2. Consideration of reports from the finance department with reference to the rovision of monies to defray the cost of the administrative expenses of the Commission in Palestine, Canada, Macedonia and Gallipoli, with resolutions that the sums were to be approved.

3. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the supply of headstones for Efford Road Cemetery and the resolutions that the tender of Mr W.J. Easton be approved for the sum of £429.13.0, and that sum of £43 be accepted for contingencies, and that a sum not exceeding £43. be expended on engraving personal inscriptions on the said headstones pending the receipt of remittances from next-of-kin.

4. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the supply of 215 headstones for Weston Mill Cemetery, and the resolutions that the tender of Mr W.J. Easton be accepted for £586.15.5, that the sum of £58 be accepted for contingencies, and that a sum not exceeding £58. be expended on engraving personal inscriptions on the said headstones pending the receipt of remittances from next-of-kin.

5. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works with reference to the cost of constructing a low wall surrounding Warlencourt New British Cemetery, with a resolution that an expenditure of 24,490 Francs be not approved.

6. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works with reference to the supply of War Crosses for Pieta, Addolorata and Capuccini Cemeteries, and the resolutions that the tender of Messrs. A.M. Caruana and Sons be accepted for £749, that the sum of £40 be accepted for contingencies, and that a sum not exceeding £40 be expended to defray the cost of adjusting the levels of the site for the Cross.

7. Consideration of letters from Sir Reginald Blomfield and a memorandum from the Director of Works with reference to the Menin Gate Memorial, with resolutions that a sum of 578,675 Belgian Francs be approved for the work recommended work and that the sum of 57,000 Belgian Francs be approved for any contingencies.

8. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the suppy of 25 cemetery register boxes, with resolutions that the tender of Messrs. The Crittal Manufacturing Co. Ltd., be approved for the sum of £123.5s.6d., that a sum of Francs 2,800 for the fixing of register boxes be approved, and that the sum of £20 for the transport and any contigencies be aproved.

9. Consideration of a report from the Land and Legal Advisor with reference to a claim of the dependent of certain members of the Commission's staff in France killed in the motor accident at Etricourt, with a resolution that the decendents be compensated at a sum of £650.

10. Consideration of a letter addressed to the Treasury Representative with reference to the revision of rates of subsistence allowance payable to the Commission's staff in Germany, with a resolution that the subsistence allowance payable be revised time to time by the Vice-Chairman in consultation with the treasury.

11. Consideration of a report by the Principal Assistant Secretary with reference to the appointment of a second Draughtsman and Technical Assistant on the Commission's establishment in East Africa, with resolutions that a second Draughtsman and Technical Assistant be appointed for £400 per annum as from 13th March 1924, that East Africa be authorised to appoint Clerks of Works at such rates as he may consider necessary, and that the Deputy Director of Works, East Africa, be authorised to employ such local labour as he may require.

12. Consideration of a Treasury Circular with reference to the payment of subsistence allowance abroad, with a resolution that this rate be approved.

13. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the construction of 30 cemeteries in France, with resolutions that the resolution No. 5 of the 85th Meeting of the Committee be recinded, that the tender of Messrs. Van Veltham Lindekens and Co. for the construction of 30 cemeteries in France be approved for 2,029,103.98 French Francs, that a sum of 160,000 French Francs be approved for the construction of enclosure walls for six cemeteries, that a sum of 220,000 French Francs be approved for any contingencies, and that the necessary exchange to cover the Commission's liabilities be approved.

14. Consideration of a report from the Land and Legal Advisor with regard to the purchase of the plot in Ohlsdorf Cemetery, Hamburg, with resolutions that the expenditure of a sum of £1,200 be approved and that the necessary expenditure to defray legal charges and expenses in connection with the completion of the purchase of said plot be approved.

15. Consideration of a draft regulations and conditions for the completion for the design of the Memorial for the Missing at Cambrai, with a resolution that these be approved.
