1. Consideration of Vice-Chairman’s report No.66 of expenditure authorised under Resolution 3 (1) of the 54th meeting of the Commission, with the resolution that this be accepted.

2. Consideration of the detailed Report of expenditure from Commission funds for the month of February 1924, with the recommendation that the detailed Report of expenditure from Commission funds for the month of February 1924 as submitted by the Chairman be adpoted.

3. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the supply of headstones for Dalmeny Cemetery, with the resolutions that the tender dated 1st March 1924 of Messrs. Hutcheon for the supply, engraving, transport, and erection of 127 headstones in Dalmeny Cemetery be accepted, that the expenditure of a sum not exceeding £96 to defray the cost of contingencies arising out of the proposed contract be approved, and that, pending the receipt of remittances from the next-of-kin the expenditure of a sum not exceeding £96 to defray the cost of engraving personal inscriptions on the said headstones be approved.

4. Considerationof a report from the Director of Works with reference to the supply of headstones for Salisbury (London Road) Cemetery, with resolutions that the tender, dated 27th February 1924 of Mr A.E. Kite, for the supply, engraving, transport, and erection of 39 headstones in Salisbury (London Road) Cemetery according to his tender for a sum of £109. 0s. 0d be accepted, that the expenditure of a sum not exceeding £10 to defray the cost of contingencies arising out of the proposed contract be approved, and that, pending the receipt of remittance from the next-of-kin concerned, the expenditure of a sum not exceeding £10 to defray the cost of engraving personal inscriptions on said headstones be approved.

5. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to the supply of headstones in Salisbury (Devizes Road) Cemetery, with resolutions that the tender by Mr A.E. Kite be accepted at a sum of £69. 16s. 11d., that a sum of £7. 0s. 0d. be accepted for contingencies, and that a sum not exceeding £7. 0s. 0d. be expended on engraving personal inscriptions on the said headstones pending the receipt of remittances from next-of-kin.

6. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to constructional work in Hammersmith Cemetery, with resolutions that the tender by Mr W. Tomes to be accepted at a sum of £516. 18s. 0d, that a sum of £52 be accepted for contingencies.

7. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to constructional work in Ocklynge Cemetery, with resolutions that the tender by Messrs. R. Francis and Sons, Limited, to be accepted at a sum not exceeding £250. 5s. 1d., that a sum not exceeding £20 be approved to defray the cost of the supply of a bronze sword to be affixed to the War Cross, that a sum of £25 be accepted for contingencies.

8. Consideration of a report from the Director of Works with reference to constructional work in Blackburn Cemetery, with resolutions that the tender by Messrs. Woof Cronshaw and Sons, Limited, be accepted at a sum of £286. 11s. 4d., that a sum not exceeding £30 be accepted for contingencies, and that a sum not exceeding £20 be accepted for the supply of a bronze sword to be affixed to the War Cross.

9. Consideration of a report by Messrs. Van Velthem Lindekens and the Director of Works with reference to the construction of 30 cemeteries in France, with resolutions that the offer by Messrs. Van Velthem Lindekens & Co be accepted and that an instruction be made for the Land and Legal Advisor to draft the necessary contract.

10. Consideration of a report with reference to transport in Macedonia, with resolutions that the current Sunbeam car be sold and that the purchase of a Ford Touring car at a price of £140 be approved.

11. Consideration of a letter from the Chairman of the Anglo-Egyptian War Cemeteries Executive Committee with reference to the salaries attached to the appointments of the Commission's staff in Egypt, with a resolution that the salaries attached to the appointments of the Commission's staff in Egypt be maintained at their present rates for a period of six months.

12. Consideration of a report from the P.A.S. with reference to the provision of a War Cross to be erected in the Falkand Islands, with a resolution that the provision of a War Cross Type A. be erected provided the cost of the Cross, Bronze Sword, five headstones and of contingencies arising out of the work not exceed £310.

13. Consideration of a letter from Mr S.T. Wilce Taylor on the subject of the employment of British ex-service labour by the Commission in France and Belgium, with a resolution that an instruction me made to the Director of Works to present an estimate to the Committee of the probable percentage of the work remaining which could be preformed by unskilled labour.
