1. Consideration of Vice-Chairman’s report No.64 of expenditure authorised under Resolution 3 (1) of the 54th meeting of the Commission, with the resolution that this be accepted

2. Consideration of a detailed report of expenditure from Commission funds for January 1924 submitted by the Chairman, with the resolution that this be accepted

3. Consideration of a report from the finance department re estimates of expenditure by the Commission in France, with the resolution that a sum of £51,000 be expended to defray the expenses for the quarter ending 31st March 1924

4. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re the supply, engraving, transport and erection of headstones in Llanrhos Churchyard, with the resolution that this matter be withdrawn

5. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works and resolution 3 of the 60th meeting of the Commission re the consideration of tenders for the supply, engraving and erection of Commission headstones in Morely Cemetery, Yorkshire, with the resolutions that the tender by Messrs George Holdsworth and Sons of Leeds for the supply, engraving, transport and erection of 17 headstones be accepted at a sum of £65.0s.6d, that a sum of £6.10s be expended to meet the cost of contingencies and that pending the receipt of remittances from the next-of-kin concerned, a sum of £6.10s be expended to defray the cost of engraving personal inscriptions on said headstones

6. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works, resolution 3 of the 60th meeting of the Commission and a tabulated statement re the consideration of tenders for the erection of Commission headstones, with the resolution that the tender by Messrs Bower and Florence, Aberdeen for the supply, engraving, transport and erection of 102 headstones in Western Cemetery, Northern Cemetery and Hedon Road Cemetery be accepted at a sum of £803.5s.0d, that a sum of £80 be expended to meet the cost of contingencies and that pending receipt of remittances from the next-of-kin concerned, a sum of £80 be expended to defray the cost of engraving personal inscriptions on said headstones

7. Consideration of a report by the Finance Department re the supply of headstones under Contract 281, with the resolutions that the number of headstones to be produced by Messrs H Dyer and Sons, under Contract 281, be reduced from 3302 to 841, that the tender by Mr H C Patrick of Farnham for the supply and engraving of 941 headstones be accepted at a sum of £2,105.9s.9d and that the tender by Messrs Pack and Arnold for the supply and engraving of 1520 headstones be accepted at a sum of £3,217.6s.0d

8. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re constructional work to be carried out in Harefield Parish Churchyard, with the resolution that this matter be adjourned until the next meeting of the committee

9. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re constructional work to be carried out in Milton Cemetery, Eastney Cemetery and Kingston Cemetery, with the resolutions that the tender by Messrs Craven and Sons be accepted at a sum of £831.10s.10d and that a sum of £85 be expended to meet the cost of contingencies

10. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works, resolution 4 of the 63rd meeting of the Commission and a certificate from Sir Frederic Kenyon re the consideration of tenders for constructional work to be carried out in Grantham Cemetery, with the resolutions that the tender by Messrs Jackson Bros for constructions work to be carried out in Grantham Cemetery for a sum of £259.6.5d, that a sum of £26 be expended to meet the cost of contingencies and that a sum of £10 be expended to defray the cost of a bronze sword to be affixed to the War Cross

11. Consideration of reports by the Director of Works and a certificate from Sir Frederic Kenyon re the consideration of tenders for constructional work to be carried out in Liberton R.C (Mount Vernon) Cemetery, with the resolutions that the tender by Messrs J Wisharp and Sons be accepted at a sum of £119.15.3d, that a sum of £12 be expended to meet the cost of contingencies

12. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works and a certificate from Sir Frederic Kenyon re the consideration of tenders for constructional work to be carried out in Fovant Churchyard, with the resolutions that the tender by Mr J C Langford be accepted for a sum of £265.16.2d, that a sum of £26 be expended to meet the cost of contingencies and that a sum of £10 be expended to defray the cost of supplying a bronze sword to be fixed to the War Cross

13. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re the consideration of tenders for 18 bronze name panels in Nunhead Cemetery, with the resolutions that the tender by Messrs W&R Leggott be accepted at a sum of £382.17.0d and that a sum of £38 be expended to meet the cost of contingencies

14. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re the supply of 63 bronze swords to be affixed to great war crosses in France and the United Kingdom, with the resolutions that the tender by Messrs Humphreys and Oakes of Lawrence Hill be accepted at a sum of £358.0s.9d and that a sum of £35 be expended to meet the cost of contingencies
15. Consideration of reports by the Director of Works re the construction of a tool house in Terlincthun Cemetery, with the resolution that this matter be referred back for further consideration

16. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works, resolution 6 of the 78th meeting of the Committee and resolution 9 of the 56th meeting of the Commission re memorial tablets in cathedrals in France and Belgium, with the resolutions that a sum of £124 be expended to defray the additional cost of using platinum in lieu of aluminium in the preparation of the memorial tablets for cathedrals in France and Belgium and that a sum of £6 be expended to defray the cost of re-working the inscription of the plaque for Notre Dame

17. Consideration of a report by the Land and Legal Adviser and resolution 9 of the 63rd meeting of the Commission re the repatriation of French remains from the United Kingdom to France, with the resolutions that the tender by The London Necropolis Company for the collection of the remains of 28 French sailors and soldiers, be accepted at a sum of £674.14s.0d and that a sum of £150 be expended to meet the cost of fees and contingencies

18. Consideration of reports from the Director of Works re the return of private memorials to the next-of-kin, with the resolutions that the private memorials on the graves of the under-mentioned soldiers be returned at a cost not exceeding the amounts set out against their names

19. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works covering a letter from the Official Secretary, Australia House and resolution 7 of the 44th meeting of the Commission re a request referred by the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia for a complete set of cemetery registers in which members of the Australian Imperial Force are buried, with the resolution that this be accepted

20. Consideration of a report by the Finance Department re estimates of expenditure by the Commission in the United Kingdom, with the resolution that a sum of £1,000 be expended to defray the cost of printing cemetery registers

21. Consideration of a report by the Finance Committee re the cost of tabulating machinery for preparing names to be engraved on the memorials to the missing, with the resolution that a sum of £750 be expended to defray the cost of purchasing said machinery for the period ending 31st March 1924

22. Consideration of a report by the Principal Assistant Secretary re ration subsistence allowance in Gallipoli, with the resolution that British staff of the Commission on the Gallipoli Peninsula be granted a subsistence allowance at the rate of three shillings per day in lieu of food rations

23. Consideration of a letter from Messrs Evan Davies and Co on behalf of their clients Mr W G Tarrant and reports by the Director of Works and the Land and Legal Adviser re Contract 1923 ‘P, with the resolution that a reply be sent in terms of the draft submitted by the Secretary and installed by the Chairman

24. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works, a letter from Dr Oscar Faber and resolution No.7 of the 63rd meeting of the Commission re the design of the dome and chapel in St Sever cemetery, with the resolutions that the offer by Dr Faber to prepare all drawings of reinforced concrete for a fee of 50 guineas, be accepted and that the offer by Dr Faber to undertake visits of supervision for a fee of 10 guineas per visit and travel and subsistence allowance of £1 per night, be accepted
