Fevre and Co. providing that the Deputy Controller, France is able to provide assurance that Chinese labour for the carving of the stones will be available,

consideration of the need to appoint Commission representatives in Germany to report on the care and maintenance of British war graves by Germans in that country, with resolution that two officers and a clerk be sent immediatley to Berlin for that purpose, and with specifc mention of General Fairholme and Captain Simon as being possible suitable appointees, and reference to possible reciprocal treatment of German war graves in the UK.
consideration of question reagrding the placing of headstones over the graves of Portuguese soldiers, with resolution that a letter be written to the Foreign Office providing an estimate of cost for the headstones and maintenance with suggestion that this be transmitted to the Portuguese Government for their consideration
