Consideration of letters and a telegram from Sir John Payne Gallwey Limited re the construction of the Cape Helles Memorial, with the resolution that paragraph C of resolution 10 of the 71st meeting of the Committee be rescinded and that payment due to Sir John Payne Gallwey be made, that the construction of cemeteries by Sir John Gallwey Ltd be extended to the 30th May 1924, that a payment to the extent of 75% of the value of the work be made to Sir John Payne Gallwey Ltd on presentation of the necessary bills, notwithstanding that the value of the said work may amount to less than the sum of £3500 and that the time for the completion of the Cape Helles Memorial be extended to 30th August 1924
