1. Consideration of Vice-Chairman’s report No.59 of expenditure authorised under Resolution 3 (1) of the 54th meeting of the Commission, with the resolution that this be accepted
2. Consideration of a detailed report of expenditure from Commission funds for October 1923 submitted by the Chairman, with the resolution that this be accepted
3. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re the consideration of tenders for the supply of 133 headstones in Durrington Cemetery, with the resolutions that the tender by Messrs Turvey and Sons be accepted at a sum of £416.3.7, that a sum of £40 be expended to meet the cost of contingencies, that £19.19 be expended on erection fees for the said headstones and that a sum of £40 be expended on engraving personal inscriptions on the said headstones pending receipt of remittances from the next-of-kin concerned

Consideration of a report by the Director of Works and a certificate by Sir Frederic Kenyon re the consideration of tenders for constructional work to be carried out at St Woolos Cemetery, with the resolutions that the tender by Mr H Davies be accepted at a sum of £386.15.6, that a sum of £40 be expended to meet the cost of contingencies and that a sum of £20 be expended on a bronze sword to be affixed to the War Cross in this cemetery
5. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works and a certificate by Sir Frederic Kenyon re the consideration of tenders for constructional work to be carried out at Hipswell Churchyard, with the resolutions that the tender by Messrs G R Wade and Sons be accepted at a sum of ££297.1.6, that a sum of £30 be expended to meet the cost of contingencies and that a sum of £10 be expended on a bronze sword to be affixed to the War Cross in this cemetery
6. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works and a certificate by Sir Frederic Kenyon re the consideration of tenders for constructional work to be carried out at Nottingham General Cemetery, with the resolutions that the tender by Messrs Jackson and Bros be accepted at a sum of £716.3.0, that a sum of £70 be expended to meet the cost of contingencies and that a sum of £10 be expended on a bronze sword to be affixed to the War Cross in the said cemetery
7. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re the erection of 106 headstones in Ripon Cemetery, with the resolutions that the tender by Messrs H A Green be accepted at a sum of £404.11.4, that a sum of £40 be expended to meet the cost of contingencies and that a sum of £40 be expended on engraving personal inscriptions on the said headstones pending receipt of remittances from next-of-kin concerned
8. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re constructional work to be carried out in Morogoro Cemetery, East Africa, with the resolutions that a sum of £121.9s.0d be expended on the purchase of a War Cross from the United Stone Firms Ltd, that a sum of £256.15.6d be expended on iron fencing around the cemetery and that a sum of £25 be expended to meet the cost of contingencies
9. Consideration of a report by the Principle Assistant Secretary and a report by the Director of Works re the appointments of additional staff to the Quantity Surveyors Branch, France, with the resolution that this be approved and that the cost be met out savings
10. Consideration of a report by the Land and Legal Adviser and resolution 12 of the 76th meeting of the Committee re conditions and instructions to competing architects in regard to the proposed memorial to the missing at La Ferte sous Jouarre, with the resolutions that the draft regulations for the competition of the design of the memorial attached to the Land and Legal Adviser’s said report, be approved
11. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re expenses incurred in the provision of badge designs for headstones, with the resolution that a sum of £500 be expended to defray the cost of Mr Macdonald Gill’s fees for preparing regimental badge designs
12. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re Contract 1923 N for additional work to be carried in Villers Station Military Cemetery, with the resolution that a sum of Francs 27,620.60 be expended for this purpose by Messrs Etablissement George Moss et Fills
13. Consideration of a report by the Finance Department re estimates of expenditure by the Commission in the United Kingdom, with the resolution that a sum of £500 be expended to defray these expenses
14. Consideration of a report by the Finance Department re estimates of expenditure by the Commission in the United Kingdom, with the resolution that a sum of £1,000 re the supply, engraving, transport and erection of headstones in small churchyards and cemeteries, not exceeding 12 graves in the UK
15. Consideration of a report by the Finance Department re estimates of expenditure by the Commission in Mesopotamia for the six months ending 31st March 1924, with the resolution that a sum of £950 be expended to defray these expenses
16. Consideration of a report by the Finance Department re estimates of expenditure by the Commission in East Africa, with the resolutions that a sum of £1450 be expended to defray these expenses for the 6 months ending 30th September 1923 and that a sum of £6100 be expended to defray these expenses for the 6 months ending 31st March 1924
17. Consideration of a report by the Assistant Legal Adviser, France re the purchase of land occupied by the Commission’s camp at Armentieres, France, with the resolutions that a sum of Francs 54,000 be expended on the purchase of land and that a further sum of Francs 3,500 to defray the cost of charges in relation to the acquisition of land
18. Consideration of a letter from the Honorary Secretary, St Barnabas Hostels requesting the Commission’s financial assistance, with the resolutions that the Hon Secretary be informed that the Commission cannot accept responsibility for expenses but that a sum of £24.15.0 be contributed from Commission funds to the funds of St Barnaba’s Hostels
19. Consideration of a report by the Finance Department and resolution 14 of the 75th meeting of the Commission re the revision of the contract with Messrs T Hodgkinsons and Sons for the engraving of headstones, with the resolution that the draft contract between Messrs T Hodgkinsons and the Commission, be approved
20. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re estimates for constructional work to be carried in cemeteries in East Africa, with the resolutions that a sum not exceeding £2627 be expended on the cost of constructional work in the under-mentioned cemeteries and that a sum of £261 be expended to meet the cost of contingencies
21. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re the treatment of subsided graves in Etaples Military Cemetery, with the resolutions that a sum of Francs 40,000 be expended on underpinning approximately 800 headstones
22. Consideration of a letter from the Deputy Controller, France re the construction of temporary arches at St Omer and Abbeville, with the resolution that a reply be sent in the terms of the draft submitted by the Secretary and initiated by the Chairman
