1. Consideration of the Vice-Chairman’s Report No.49 of expenditure authorised under resolution 3 (1) of the 54th meeting of the Commission, with the resolution that this be adopted
2. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re the consideration of tenders for the supply of 39 headstones to be erected over graves in Tilstock old and new churchyards, with the resolutions that the tender by Messrs Henry Harding and Sons of Nantwich for the supply, engraving, transport and erection of 39 headstones be accepted at a sum of £120.18s.0d, that a sum of £12.10s.0d be expended to meet the cost of contingencies, that a sum of £12.10s.0d be expended to defray the cost of engraving personal inscriptions and that a sum of £45.16s.6d be expended to defray the cost of Vicar’s and Sexton’s fees for the erection of the stones

Consideration of resolution no.7 of the 54th meeting of the Commission and reports from the Deputy Director of Works referring to a letter by Sir Herbert Baker re the construction of the Indian Memorial at Neuve Chapelle, with the resolution that the Land and Legal draft Articles of Agreement to be entered into between the Commission and Sir Herbert Baker based on the terms set out in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Sir Herbert Baker’s letter of 8th March 1923
4. Consideration of a letter from the Director of Works re the completion of engraving the remaining 260 headstones in Macedonia, with the resolutions that authority be given to the Director of Works to place an order with the Industria dei Marmi Vicentini of Vicenza on the terms set out in their tender for the supply of 200 stones, that the date for delivery be extended if necessary and that the authority for the engraving of the stones referred to in paragraph (a) be given to the Deputy Director of Works, Macedonia at a cost of £1 per stone
5. Consideration of a report by the Deputy Director of Works, a letter from the Land and Legal Adviser and resolution no.5 of the 51st meeting of the Commission re the consideration of tenders for the construction of Limber Hill and Jerusalem Indian War Cemeteries, with the resolutions that the tenders by the Jewish Co-operative Labour Association, Jerusalem be accepted at a sum of £875,475 and that a sum of £87,900 be expended to meet the cost of contingencies
6. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works and a resolution of the 54th meeting of the Commission re construction of seven cemeteries in the Aisne and Marne areas, with the resolutions that a sum of Francs 583,583 be expended to defray the cost of construction by direct labour and that a sum of Francs 58,000 be expended to meet the cost of contingencies

7. Consideration of a report by the Transport Adviser re the purchase of a motor vehicle, with the resolution that a sum of £1655 be expended on the purchase and delivery of transport as recommended by the Transport Adviser for service in British East Africa
8. Consideration of a report by the Finance Department re estimates of expenditure of the Commission in Germany, with the resolution that a sum of £850 be expended to defray these expenses during the six months ending 30th September 1923
9. Consideration of a report by the Deputy Director of Works re the water supply at Mazargues Cemetery, Marseilles, in connection with horticultural treatment, with the resolution that a sum of Francs 15,000 be expended to provide a connection for the supply of water to the cemetery
10. Consideration of a letter from the Land and Legal Adviser re the loss of life in a motor accident at Etricourt, with the resolution that the Land and Legal Adviser write to the relatives of the Commission’s employees who were killed in the accident, offering either compensation not exceeding the amount allowed under the Workmen’s Compensations acts or suggest to them to prosecute their claims against the French Prefecture, and that authority be given for the expenditure necessary to cover the payments contemplated in (a) within the limits of the Workmen’s Compensations acts
11. Consideration of resolution 4 of the 71st meeting of the Finance Committee and a letter from the Land and Legal Adviser re contract 1923 K for the construction of twelve additional cemeteries, with the resolutions that the schedule of prices submitted by Messrs Somerville and Co giving a total sum of Francs 733,482.50 be approved and that a sum of Francs 73,000 be expended to meet the cost of contingencies
