1. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works and resolution 9 of the 42nd meeting of the Commission re the supply of 10,000 headstones for cemeteries in France and Belgium, with the resolutions that the tender by Messrs A Burslem & Son for the supply, engraving and transport of 10,000 headstones to Dover Docks be accepted at a sum of £25925, that a sum of £4,000 be expended to meet the costs of transport and contingencies and that a sum of £4,000 be expended on the costs of engraving personal inscriptions

2. Consideration of reports by the Director of Works, a letter from Sir Robert Lorimer, a letter from Sir Frederick Kenyon and resolution 7 of the 35th meeting of the Commission re bronze and sculpture work for the Naval Memorials at Chatham, Portsmouth and Plymouth with the resolutions that the offer by Mr Henry Pool, A.R.A for the supply, delivery, executing and completing of certain articles and work related to the naval memorials be accepted at a sum of £17,895

3. Consideration of a report by the Land and Legal Adviser, letters from Sir Robert Lorimer and resolution 18 of the 57th meeting of the Finance Committee re draft Articles of Agreement in relation to the construction of the three Naval Memorials, with the resolutions that the amendments submitted by Sir Robert Lorimer to clauses 1, 3 and 8 (c) be approved, that the amendments submitted by Sir Robert Lorimer to clause 8 (a) and 8 (c) be not approved, that the amendment submitted by the Land and Legal Adviser to clause 8 (a) be approved, that Sir Robert Lorimer be invited to accept seventy five percent of the remuneration to which the Architect would have been entitled if the works had been executed and that the proper officer be authorised to affix the seal of the Commission to the said Articles as revised in accordance with these resolutions

4. Consideration of a report by the Principle Assistant Secretary re the appointment of a Horticultural Officer in Gallipoli, with the resolution that a Horticultural Officer be appointed at a salary of £450 per annum for a period of 6 months

5. Consideration of a letter from the Treasury re the revision of pay of Temporary Clerical Classes, with the resolution that the provisions of the said circular so far as applicable to Commission staff be approved and applied from 1st September 1922

6. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works and resolution 13 of the 53rd meeting of the Finance Committee re the consideration of tenders for the construction of the Naval Memorials at Chatham, Plymouth and Portsmouth, with the resolution that the following list of firms be invited

Consideration of a report by the Controller and Financial Adviser and a report by the Director of Works re the consideration of tenders for the construction of the Naval Memorials at Chatham, Plymouth and Portsmouth, with the resolutions that tenders be put to competition among selected firms, that advertisement be inserted into the public press and that enquiries concerning the applicant firms be made and reported to the Finance Committee
