1. Consideration of the Vice-Chairman’s report of No.28 of Expenditure authorised under resolution 4 (1) of the 32nd meeting of the Commission, with the resolution that this be accepted

2. Consideration of the detailed report of Expenditure from Commission Funds for January 1922 as submitted by the Chairman, with the resolution that this be accepted

3. Consideration of letters between H Ellissen and G H S Pinsent and a letter from the Treasury Representative re the revision of subsistence allowance payable to the Commission’s staff in Germany, with the resolution that subsistence allowance be discontinued and that a travelling subsistence allowance not exceeding 15/2 a day be paid to staff in Berlin when travelling on account of the Commission

4. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works for the Cemetery Register Branch and a minute by Treasury Solicitor for the Treasury re the publication of cemetery registers free of charge, with the resolution that one copy of the cemetery registers be sent to each of the High Commissioners for Australia, South Africa and Canada and the Secretary of State for India and that two copies be sent to the High Commissioners for New Zealand and Newfoundland free or charge. That one copy of cemetery registers be sent to statutory libraries in the United Kingdom free of charge.

5. Consideration of reports by the Chief Accountant, France requesting additional subsistence allowance for a further 200 of the Commission’s gardeners and gardener’s labourers employed in France and Belgium, with the resolution that this be granted where accommodation and rations cannot be provided

6. Consideration of a report by the Principal Assistant Secretary and the minutes of the meeting of the Anglo-Palestinian Committee re rates of pay of gardeners and cemetery caretakers in relation to the horticultural establishment of the Commission in Palestine, with the resolution that the Deputy Director of Works be authorised to pay such rate of wages to the 4 gardeners and caretakers and 4 gardeners Class 1 as not to exceed £E.102 per month

7. Consideration of a report by the Principal Assistant Secretary and a minute by the Deputy Director of Works, Mesopotamia re the appointment of a draughtsman for the establishment of the Commission in Mesopotamia, with the resolution that one clerk be appointed at a salary of £600 per annum

8. Consideration of a report and tabulated statements by the Deputy Director of Works, Macedonia re estimates for the Commission in Macedonia between 1921 and 1922, with the resolution that a sum not exceeding £1505 be approved to defray the expenses of the Commission in Macedonia for the quarter ending 31st March 2022

9. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works and a letter from Sir Maurice Fitzmaurice re his expert advice on the treatment of the Cross of Sacrifice in Cemetery Hill 60 and the Record Tower in Lone Pine Cemetery in regard to earthquakes, with the resolution that a sum not exceeding £100 be expended for this purpose

10. Consideration of a report and a tabulated statement by the Director of Works re the consideration of tenders for the supply of a Great War Stone Type B for erection at Gibraltar, with the resolution that the tender by Messrs Low Giddings of Station Road, Luton be accepted at a sum of £519 on the condition that they supply the details omitted from their tender and that a sum not exceeding £38 be expended on transporting the stone from London to Gibraltar

11. Consideration of a report by the Director of Records requesting financial authority to treat the graves of one doctor and three nurses in Kraguieva Serbian Cemetery as War Graves, with the resolution that the care and maintenance of these graves as a charge on Commission funds be not accepted

12. Consideration of a letter from the Finance Department requesting £500 for incidental expenditure in London, with the resolution that this be approved for the quarter ending 31st March 2022

13. Consideration of a report by the Finance Department requesting to expend £650 on the purchase of General Stores, Transport Spares, Horticultural Tools which became surplus on the closing down of the Directorate of Graves Registration and Enquiries in France, with the resolution that this be accepted

14. Consideration of a report by the Principal Assistant Secretary covering a letter from the Deputy Director of Works, Palestine re the appointment of an accountant to the staff of the Commission in Palestine, with the resolution that one accountant be appointment at a salary of £500-25-550

15a. Consideration of a report by the Principle Assistant Secretary re the appointment of a Second-Class Clerk Grade A to the Vice Chairman, with the resolution that this be accepted on the condition that expenditure be met of savings during the accounting period

15b. Consideration of a report by the Land and Legal Adviser re the appointment of a Professional Assistant graded as Second-Class Clerk Grade B to join the department of the Land and Legal Adviser, with the resolution that this be accepted

16. Consideration of a letter from Colonel H T Goodland (Deputy Controller), a report and tabulated statements by the Finance Department re an over expenditure on the cost of labour, materials and stores for the Deputy Controller’s house, with the resolutions that the Deputy Controller refund the Commission £91.17.8 for the value of household goods drawn from Commission stores, £219.7.2 for equipping and decorating his house which may be refunded by equal quarterly instalments of £30, £33.11.8 for installing a telephone and that the Deputy Controller receive a house allowance of £120 per annum
