recommendation that a letter be written to the Imperial War Cabinet asking them to give consideration to the financial status of the IWGC under the charter, and that necessary contact between the Treasury and the IWGC be established, possibly through having a Treasury representative sit on the Finance Committee in an advisory capacity.

consideration of letter from the Inspector of Works, France suggesting that in view of the high rate of exchange between France and England a deposit should be made which was sufficient to cover a years rent for headquarters and civilian labour etc, with the recommendation that the suggestion not be adopted.
