1. Consideration of the Vice-Chairman’s report of No.25 Expenditure authorised under resolution 4 of the 32nd meeting of the Commission, with the resolution that this be accepted
Minute by the Director of Works re the return of Wooden Crosses to Canadian next-of-kin, 13th December 1921

2. Consideration of the detailed report of Expenditure from Commission Funds for November 1921 as submitted by the Vice-Chairman, with the resolution that this be accepted

3. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works and tabulated statements re the consideration of tenders for constructional work at the military plot in Towcester Road Cemetery, Northampton, with the resolution that the tender by Messrs J G Pullen and Sons be accepted at a sum of £358.9.5, that a further sum not exceeding £36 be expended on contingencies and that a sum not exceeding £20 be expended on the supply of a bronze sword to be affixed to the War Cross in this cemetery

4. Consideration of Treasury Circular No. R6707 outlining the conditions of granting subsistence allowance to officials abroad on short tours of duty, with the resolution that subsistence allowance be approved to members of the Commission travelling on Commission business to the countries outlined in the circular

5. Consideration of a report by the Land and Legal Adviser re the income and salary tax on Commission employees based in France by French fiscal authorities, with the resolution that Commission funds be used to pay income and salary tax to the French government

6. Consideration of a minute by the Principle Assistant Secretary requesting the appointment of additional staff for the purpose of horticultural establishment of the Commission in France and Belgium, with the resolution that 25 Sub-Foreman be appointed at a rate of £3 a week

7. Consideration of a letter from Lieutenant Colonel Browne, Transport Adviser, recommending the disposal of all Transport vehicles and stores belonging to the Commission in France to the Disposal Board, with the resolution that the provisions of the said report be adopted

8. Consideration of a letter from the Finance Department requesting the expenditure of £750 in relation to Motor Transport running Expenses by the Commission in France and Belgium, with the resolution that this be approved between 1st January and 31st March 1921

9. Consideration of a report by the Deputy Controller, France re estimates for financial requirements for the period ending 31st March 1922 and tabulated statements displaying previous expenses for the period ending 17th December 1921, with the resolution that a sum not exceeding £53,100 be expended to defray the Commission’s administrative expenses in France and Belgium

10. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re an over expenditure on the purchase of a Ford Car by the Deputy Director of Works, Gallipoli, with the resolution that £10 be expended to defray the additional costs

11. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works requesting financial authority in relation to the concentration of graves in the Anzac and Helles area of the Gallipoli Peninsula, with the resolution that a sum not exceeding £426.9.6 be expended on the removal and concentration of graves in the cemeteries outlined

12. Consideration of a letter from the Deputy Director of Works, Palestine requesting financial authority for the period 1st January to 31st March 1922, with the resolution that a sum not exceeding £1,750 be expended defray the Commission’s administrative expenses in Palestine

13. Consideration of a telegram sent by the Colonial Office to the Government of Kenya on behalf of the Commission, a letter from the Acting Colonial Secretary, Nairobi to Captain W S Rapley and a telegram from Captain W S Rapley re the transfer of duties of the Deputy Director of Works, East Africa upon the death of Lieutenant Colonel G W Evans, with the resolution that Captain W S Rapley be appointed as Acting Deputy Director of Works

14. Consideration of a report by the Controller and Financial Adviser and recommendations by members of the Treasury, that Major Chettle receive a gratuity at the end of the year in relation to his services with the Directorate of Graves Registration, with the resolution that £150 be paid to Major Chettle for this purpose

15. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re the claim by Messrs Portoni and Zecchinati for increased payment in relation to their contract for the construction of Giavera, Tezze, Montecchio, Precalino and Dueville Cemeteries, with the resolution that this claim be investigated without further reference to the Commission

16. Consideration of estimates required to defray the salaries, wages and expenses of the Commission for the year 1922 to 1923, with the resolution that the Commission receive £1,750,000 as recommended by the Treasury

17. Resolved, that the Commission convey their appreciation of the services rendered by Mr G H S Pinsent who will no longer be representing the Treasury
