1. Consideration of Report No.17 of Expenditure submitted by the Vice Chairman and authorised under Resolution 4 of the 32nd meeting of the Commission, with the resolution that this be accepted

2. Consideration of a report of expenditure from Commission funds for May 1921 submitted by the Vice Chairman, with the resolution that this be accepted

3. Consideration of letters re estimates of expenditure by the Commission in the United Kingdom, France, Palestine, Macedonia and Canada for the period 1921-1922, with the resolution that the estimates detailed in columns 3 to 6 be authorised for expenditure

4. Consideration of a detailed report by Lieutenant T B Browne re an inspection of Motor Transport, Heavy Repair Shops and Stores belonging to the Commission in France and Belgium, with the resolution that a sum of francs 660,000 be expended on purchasing transport recommended by Lt Browne, that vehicles recommended for disposal be removed, that the personnel outlined in Appendix 3 be appointed and that an additional sum of £5,000 be expended on carrying into effect any further recommendations by Lt Browne

5. Consideration of a letter from the Principal Assistant Secretary re a request by the Deputy Director of Works Palestine for the employment of a Horticultural Officer, with the resolution that Mr Kett be employed as Horticultural Officer at a salary of £450/20/£550 until 31st March 1922

6. Consideration of a letter from the Chief Accountant, France re the deterioration of ration stores in St Omer considered unfit for human consumption, with the resolution that the value of these stores be written off in the books of the Commission to the amount of francs 1,456.60

7. Consideration of a letter from the Chief Accountant, France re the loss of a spare wheel, tyre and tube, with the resolution that the value be written off in the books of the Commission to the amount of £13.14.5

8. Consideration of a letter from the Land and Legal Adviser re the appointment of a Legal Assistant to the Commission in St. Omer, with the resolution that a Legal Assistant be employed at a salary of £600/25/700 per annum

10. Consideration of a letter from the Land and Legal Adviser re the provision of a compassionate grant from the Commission’s Compassionate Fund to the family of A W Hine who died while on duty for the Commission, with the resolution that a sum of £156 be paid to his dependents and that a further sum of £10 be expended on funeral costs

11. Consideration of a letter from the Director of Works requesting further expenses for the erection of 363 headstones in Tannay British Cemetery, with the resolution that an overall sum of £181.10.0 be expended for this purpose, that a sum of francs 2,713 be expended to defray the cost of unauthorised work and that a sum of francs 410 be expended on the completion of erecting the headstones

12. Consideration of a letter from the Principal Assistant Secretary re the renewal of staff appointments in the occupied area of Germany, with the resolutions that the appointment of one Deputy Assistant Inspector of Works be renewed at a salary of £500-25-600 per annum and that the appointment of one Clerk be renewed at a salary of £125 per annum
