1. Consideration of Report No.10 of Expenditure by the Vice Chairman, authorised under Resolution 3 of the 25th meeting of the Commission, with the resolution that this be accepted

2. Consideration of a report by the Principal Assistant Secretary covering an attached estimate from the Director of Records re the transfer of staff from the Effects Branch of the DGRE to the Commission, including information on personnel and recommended rates of pay, with the resolution that a sum of £1350 be expended to cover the pay of staff for the remainder of the year

3. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re contracts for the supply of a further 8000 headstones, including tabulated statements analysing cemeteries and tenders, with the resolution that the tenders set out in ‘Table D’ be accepted, that £31,307 be expended on liabilities, that £45,000 be expended on transport and that £3700 be expended on personal inscriptions

4. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works including an attached tabulated statement considering tenders for constructional work in Richmond Cemetery, with the resolution that the tender of Messrs Adamson and Sons of Putney be accepted at a rate of £398, that a sum of £62 be expended on contingencies and a further £20 be expended on the supply of a bronze sword

5. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re a list of tenders considered for the production and supply of bronze swords, with the resolution that the tender of Messrs Bainbridge Reynolds for the supply of 230 Bronze swords be accepted at a rate of £3511 and that a further £352 be expended on transport and contingencies

6. Consideration of a letter from the Director of Works covering a letter from the Agent General for Ontario re the plan for completing the temporary iron railing surrounding Ontario Cemetery, Orpington approved by Sir Frederic Kenyon and the Agent General of Ontario, with the resolution that subject to approval, the excess expenditure incurred by the unit cost of £10 per grave be borne by the Commission

8. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re deductions to the final bill with Messrs Holloway Brothers Ltd in relation to constructional work in Forceville and Louvencourt cemeteries, including a list of documents and vouchers provided as justification for changes to the final bill, with the resolution that a sum not exceeding £1105 be expended on the final bill with Messrs Holloway Brothers Ltd and that a further £24.5s.0d be expended on unclaimed wages

9. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works, attached tabulated statements and a summary of estimates re constructional work in 25 cemeteries in Poperinghe, Bethune, Arras and Albert areas by French and Belgian contractors, with the resolution that a sum of £13,143 be expended on constructional work and that the Finance Committee be authorised to consider and accept tenders without further reference to the Commission

10. Consideration of reports by the Director of Works re the tenders for the erection of war crosses in cemeteries by direct labour, including a tabulated statement of estimates, with the resolution that the tender of Messrs Civet and Pommier be accepted for 75 crosses at a sum not exceeding 382,050 francs, that the tender by Messrs Soille Freres be accepted for a total of 75 crosses at a sum not exceeding 577,500 francs, that a sum of 18,750 francs be expended for returning the crates, that a sum of 568,500 francs be expended on transport and that a sum of 70,000 francs be expended on contingencies

11. Consideration of a letter from the Director of Works re the estimates for the erection of headstones by direct labour for Fienvillers, Tannay and Martinsart cemeteries, with the resolution that a sum not exceeding £527 be expended on the erection of 123 headstones in Fienvillers cemetery, 363 in Tannay British Cemetery and 482 in Martinsart Cemetery

12. Consideration of a letter from the Deputy Controller, France covering a letter from the Chief Accountant, France with an attached tabulated statement re the costs of motor transport in France for the period ending 31st March 1921, with the resolution that a sum not exceeding £6000 be expended on motor transport, France for this period

13. Consideration of a letter from the Deputy Controller, France covering a letter from six surveyors employed by the Commission in France, requesting an increase in salary following a rise in the cost of living in France and a letter from the Comptroller and Financial Adviser recommending against an increase, with the resolution that the request by the surveyors be denied

14. Consideration of a report and letter from the Deputy Controller, France re medical attendance by civilian doctors to staff personnel working away from Head Office in St Omer, with the resolution that a sum not exceeding £300 be expended on providing medical attendance to Commission employees based in France and Belgium

15. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re the costs of supplying and transporting one war cross and one bronze sword to Nairobi Cemetery, with the resolution that the tender by Messrs Bath and Portland Stone Firms be accepted at a rate of £360 for this purpose and that a sum of £100 be expended on transport

16. Consideration of a report by the Deputy Director of Works re tenders for the erection of war crosses in Comely Bank Cemetery, Edinburgh, with the resolution that the tender by Messrs Barclay and Company of Aberdeen be accepted at a rate of £324.10s.0, that £46 be expended on contingencies, that £20 be expended on the purchase of a bronze sword and that £73.15s.0d be expended on the purchase of necessary land to complete the work

17. Consideration of a letter from the Deputy Director of Works, France re the spreading of soil over Villers Bretonneux British Cemetery supplied free of charge by the Railway Company, (Chemin de Fer du Nord), with the resolution that a sum not exceeding francs 20,000 be expended on transport and the spreading of the soil to a depth no less than six inches
