1. Consideration of Report No. 9 of expenditure authorised under Resolution 3 of the 25th meeting of the Commission, submitted by the Vice Chairman, with the resolution that this be accepted
2. Consideration of the detailed report of expenditure from Commission funds for December 1920, submitted by the Vice-Chairman, with the resolution that this be accepted
3. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re a claim by Mr A Partridge for an increase in amount of contract No. 28 following a rise in wages, with the resolution that Mr A Partridge be paid an extra £25
4. Consideration of a letter from Sir Robert Lorimer re his willingness to accept the position as Principal Architect for the United Kingdom on the condition that his present salary remains and that he is provided with travelling expenses and upkeep allowances, with the resolution that Mr Lorimer be employed at a rate of £600 per annum and that he be paid a special subsistence allowance of thirty shillings a night
5. Consideration of a letter from the Director of Works re the erection of 758 headstones over the graves of the Chinese Labour Corps buried in France and Belgium and the request for £350 to be expended on excavations, the construction of concrete beams, the erection of headstones and for the use of contingencies, with the resolution that £350 be expended for this purpose
6. Consideration of a letter from the Deputy Controller, France and the resolution of a Commission meeting on 18th November 1919 re the provision of married quarters, with the resolution that the Deputy Controller, France be authorised to a rent a property in St Omer for two years not exceeding 350 francs a month and that the Commission be liable to pay extra costs for necessary upkeep
7. Consideration of a letter from the Chairman of the Anglo-Egyptian War Cemeteries Executive Committee re Commission staff in Egypt receiving delayed salaries and allowances through the Anglo-Egyptian Bank and the recommendation that salaries be paid from local funds through the National Bank of Egypt instead, with the resolution that staff be paid locally and that cheques for salaries be posted to the staff in Egypt no later than the 25th of each month to ensure faster payment
8. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works covering a report by Monsieur Maisonneuve re the unsatisfactory electric lighting installation at St. Omer following an overload of the plant, including recommendations and estimates for altering and placing the plant in a safe position, with the resolution that a sum not exceeding francs 44.100 be expended on alterations and additions to the plant
9. Consideration of a letter from the Deputy Director of Works, East Africa re the inadequacy of the rates of pay of staff in East Africa in regard to the high cost of living in Nairobi, with the resolution that the salaries, wages and allowances of staff in East Africa be paid at the rate of 15 rupees to £1
10. Consideration of a letter from the Comptroller and Financial Adviser re the recommendations suggested at a conference held on 11th January 1921 concerning an increase in salaries of Commission staff from 31st March 1921, with the resolution that the salary of the Commission’s Principal Assistant Secretary, Lord Arthur Browne, KBE be raised to £1000 per annum as of 1st January 1921
11. Resolved, that the Vice Chairman may be authorised to delegate his power and authority, whether special or general, to the Controller and Financial Adviser and that in the absence of the Vice Chairman, these powers may be vested in and exercised by the Financial Adviser
