4. Consideration of a report by the Controller of Administration covering a letter from the Deputy Director of Works, Palestine re the appointment of British cemetery caretakers in Palestine, with the resolution that a sum of £1169 be expended to defray the salaries of these caretakers
5. Consideration of a letter from the Director of Works re the exhumation of bodies from cemeteries in Sorovitch, Vertekop and Caussica, with the resolution that a sum of £400 be expended on the purchase of materials and labour for this purpose

8. Consideration of a letter from the Finance Department, London re additional sums for the purchase of stores from Army Stocks for the use of the Commission in France and Belgium, with a resolution that a sum of £20,000 be expended for this purpose
9. Consideration of a letter from the Director of Works re the erection of a Great War Stone in Lambeth Palace Gardens by Mr A Broadbent, with the resolution that Mr A Broadbent receive a balance of £102 and that the remaining balance of £6 be paid following a proof of purchase
10. Consideration of a letter from the Controller of Administration re the payment of subsistence allowance to 100 gardeners in France with a suggestion that a further 200 more be included, with the resolution that subsistence allowance be granted only where billets and rations are not available
11. Consideration of letters from the Director of Works re the cost of returning wooden crosses from d’Amiens Cemetery, Forcellville Communal Cemetery and Le Treport Cemetery to the relatives concerned, with a resolution that sums be expended to cover transport and all other contingencies relating to the wooden crosses
12. Consideration of a letter from the Deputy Controller, France re a request for motorcycles to carry out inspection works by Travelling Superintendent Gardeners to the Horticultural Branch, with the resolution that a sum of £771 be expended on the purchase of 15 motorcycles from Army Stocks for this purpose
