17. Consideration of a letter from the Deputy Controller, France re the supply of rations to Commission personnel at Arras, Bethune and Acheux, with the resolution that Messrs Randall, Baggs and Jones of Lille be temporarily employed for such purposes for a sum of 8 francs per man, per day
18. Resolved, that the opinion of the Treasury re the investment of £2000 Treasury Bills be followed accordingly
19. Consideration of a letter from the Controller of Administration re the appointment of architects, surveyors and draughtsmen in Belgium, with a resolution that these appointments be altered to reduce expenditure

Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re the erection of 400 headstones over isolated graves in France and Belgium, with the resolution that the Director of Works be given the authority to place orders with the contractors and that a sum of £2000 alongside extra costs be expended for the supply, erection, transport, and inscription of the headstones
21. Consideration of a report by the Deputy Controller, France re rationing of personnel in France, with the resolution that the Commission will take on full responsibility and that the N A C B will assist in an advisory capacity by nominating a person to organise and manage catering
