1. Consideration of a letter by the Director of Works re construction work at Hampstead cemetery, with the resolution that the Director of Works be given authority to accept tenders and that the work be carried out at a cost not exceeding £1100 with an extra £75 to be expended on cutting personal inscriptions List of firms suitable to carry out the work
2. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re the costs of tenders for the construction of five cemeteries on the Asiago Plateau, with the resolution that the tender of Messrs Portoni and Zecchinati be accepted to construct the cemeteries at 479,300 lire and that a sum not exceeding £100 be expended on the purchase of 5 bronze swords
3. Consideration of a letter from the Director of Works re the modification of the contract for 100,000 headstones, with the resolution that a draft contract be settled between the Commission and Messrs T Hodgkinson and Sons Ltd, and the Hopton Wood Stone firms and submitted to the Committee for approval Minutes of the meeting held on 8th May concerning the share of nett profits following the delivery of 25,000 stones by Messrs Hodgkinson
4. Consideration of a letter from the Director of Works re a further order of bronze swords, with the resolution that a sum not exceeding £800 be expended on their purchase and transport
5. Consideration of a report by the Controller of Administration concerning the establishment of the Commission in East Africa, with the recommendation of salaries for new staff in East Africa
7. Consideration of a letter from the Deputy Controller re the stolen wages of men stationed at Heilly amounting to 1006 francs, with the resolution that it be written off as irrecoverable
8. Consideration of a letter from the Director of Works re the recommendations made by the Botanical Adviser on the purchase of horticultural items required for cemeteries in France area, with the resolution that a sum not exceeding £8,266 be expended on the purchase of such items for the year 1920/21
9. Consideration of a letter from the Director of Works re the construction of a cemetery at Brookwood including estimates of costs, with the resolution that tenders from 20 firms be accepted and that one of the great war stones be re-directed from France to Brookwood similar to the case of Hastings War Cemetery
10. Following a report by the Controller of Administration, it was resolved that a sum not exceeding £1640 be expended on supporting travelling Gardening Parties in France to carry out maintenance works in cemeteries in areas East of the British 1915 front line
11. Consideration of a letter from the Controller of Administration recommending the appointment of two architectural draughtsmen in place of one architect, with the resolution that this recommendation be accepted, and they be provided with a salary of £200-15-250 plus billets and rations
12. Consideration of a letter from the Director of Works re the error of engraving the incorrect date on the foundation stone at Le Treport Cemetery, with the resolution that £15 be expended on re-dressing and re-engraving the stone
13. Consideration of a letter from the Vicar of Steventon and recommendations by the Land and Legal Adviser re the payment of fees to the Vicar and Clark for the erection of headstones in the churchyard, with the resolution that the fees be paid
14. Consideration of a letter by the Director of Works re the photographs taken of Forceville and Louvencourt cemeteries requested by the Secretary of State for War, with the resolution that Messrs Kodak Ltd be reimbursed £7.9s.9d
15. Following a letter from the Controller of Administration, it was resolved that Captain Gordon Leith be promoted to the post of Senior Designing Architect for a year at a salary of £700-50-900
16. Following a statement from the Principle Assistant Secretary, it was resolved that persons lecturing about the work of the Commission be reimbursed for their travel expenses
17. Following a letter from the Controller of Administration, it was resolved that Mr Charles McLaren receive a payment of £25 for his services to the Commission which were previously unpaid
18. Resolved that Major Simon receive a payment of £4 for petty cash expenses
19. Consideration of a letter from the Controller of Administration re the payment of subsistence allowance to gardeners in France, with the resolution that the gardeners already authorised receive payment alongside a further 100
