8. Resolved that a sum not exceeding £44 be expended for the purchase of surveying and drawing equipment required to maintain larger cemeteries List of instruments and costs
9. Consideration of letters and reports re the costs of maintaining individual war graves in Switzerland, with the resolution that maintenance costs be increased from francs 10 per grave to an annual sum of francs 837 and that francs 93.50 be expended on constructing borders for graves without one
10. Consideration of a letter from the Director of Works re the construction of thirty cemeteries in France and Belgium, with the resolution that the Finance Committee consider tenders supplied by public contractors
11. Consideration of a report by the Controller of administration re the carving of Chinese headstones by Chinese employees, with the resolution that pay be increased and bonuses introduced to make up the difference between the Chinese pay of 1 franc
12. Following the request made by Deputy Controller, France it was resolved that a sum not exceeding £2.10 be expended on the purchase of 5 refills for 100 Feet measuring tapes to be used by the Survey Department
13. Consideration of a report by the Controller of Administration re the death of a boy by a Commission staff member whilst driving a Commission vehicle with further letters concerning the correct legal action and concerns over who is to be responsible for compensation
14. Consideration of a report by the Controller of Administration re water supply to the Commission offices in St Omer, with the resolution that a sum not exceeding £1250 be expended on the acquisition of the water supply plant being sold by the Army at one-third of its original cost
15. Consideration of a report by the Financial Adviser relating to the purchase of Ordnance stores by the Inspector of Works, Italy, with the resolution that a sum not exceeding £572 be expended for the charges made by the Army for the stores Particulars of the stores purchased
16. Consideration of a letter from the Controller of Administration re the purchase of stencils for engraving Chinese headstones without official permission, with the resolution that a sum of £5.2s.6d be refunded to Lt Colonel E C Fry who had personally paid for the stencils

Consideration of a letter from the Controller of Administration relating to a report by Mr Langley, with the resolution that a provisional credit of £3,000 be opened with the National Bank of Egypt for incidental expenses A letter from President of the Anglo-Egyptian War Cemeteries Executive Committee detailing the points discussed at the meeting of the Committee held on 17th January 1920
18. Following a report by the Director of Works it was resolved that a sum not exceeding £250 be expended from Commission funds for the purchase and spreading of vegetable soil in Les Baraques Sangatte Cemetery to prevent the drifting of sand and exposure of graves
19. Consideration of a report by the Controller of Administration re the issue of subsistence allowance or British ration to local staff, with the resolution that the Inspector of Works, Gallipoli be given authority to issue either
