2. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re the purchase of 500 6-inch Rim locks with different keys and four master keys for the men’s cubicles in the Commission in France, including a tabulated statement considering tenders from different firms, with the resolution that a sum not exceeding £240 be expended for this purpose

3. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re the construction of five cemeteries on the Asiago Plateau (Cavalletto, Magnaboschi, Boscon Barenthal and Granzaa cemeteries), including a tabulated statement of expenses, with the resolution that contracts be put out to public tender and that a sum of £30 be expended on advertising said contracts

4. Consideration of a report by the Finance Department re members of the public who contributed a small amount, more or less, than the actual cost of adding personal inscriptions to headstones, with the resolution that this payment be neither returned nor collected but carried to profit and loss account

5. Consideration of a report by the Controller of Administration re the purchase of surveying instruments for the Commission in Egypt, with the resolution that a sum not exceeding £55 be expended for this purpose

6. Consideration of reports by the Inspector of Works Italy re the request that funds originally allocated for the purchase of Tyres and Tubes be used to purchase spare parts and to cover the cost of repairs to Motor Transport, with the resolution that a sum of £700 be expended for this purpose

7. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re the charges by the Railway Clearing House to the Commission for the conveyance of traffic on behalf of the Commission, with the resolution that a sum of £609 be expended to settle the charges for the period May to December 1919

8. Consideration of a letter from the Land and Legal Adviser re the acquisition of land for the construction of five cemeteries on the Asiago Plateau, with the resolution that the Inspector of Works, Italy does not begin construction until he has received legal authorisation from the Italian government

9. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re the purchase and lettering of headstones for Chinese graves in Noyelles-Sur-Mer Cemetery by Chinese letter cutters prior to their repatriation, with the resolution that a sum of francs 32,000 be expended on the purchase of 400 headstones and francs 56,800 be expended on 1100 headstones

10. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re the erection of headstones over isolated graves in communal cemeteries in Italy, with the resolution that a sum of lire 8280 be expended on the purchase of 46 headstones from Messrs Portoni and Zecchinati, that a sum of lire 1610 be expended on 46 concrete foundation blocks and that lire 1610 be expended on the purchase of local labour, materials, and incidental expenses

11. Consideration of a report by the Director of Works re the lettering and transport of the Great War Stone to Hastings Cemetery, with the resolution that the expenses be paid equally between the Commission and the Hastings Corporation with a sum of £80 be expended on the side of the Commission

12. Consideration of a report by the Controller of Administration re the employment of Major Braithwaite to write an account of the cemeteries situated between Armentieres and Bienvillers, with the resolution that Major Braithwaite write an account without remuneration of payment but that he be paid a travel and subsistence allowance
